ABOUT HEATFLOW PLUMBING

We are a family run business, started in 2000 and was set up as a sole trader. Over the last decade the company has expanded dramatically as the demand for its services has grown and the company’s scope has increased to include Drains, Electrics & Electric Appliances and Refurbishments, in other words the complete property maintenance service. We are the one of the few independent service companies in London, providing a 24 hour, 365 days a year service, which completes in excess of 400 jobs per week.

Vijay was amazing helping us out when we were in a bind.He got back to me immediately after I contacted him, and by immediately, I mean in less than 30 seconds!He gave me advice straight away to limit any leakage from the issue I had and kept me updated for his arrival time.He arrived as expected and made the repairs quickly and to a super high standard. I mentioned another issue in passing and he sorted that out straight away too. Cannot recommend enough!

Vijay and his colleague arrived on time and did an efficient, professional job fitting our new toilet and tidying up afterwards. He clearly explained what needed to be done and checked I was happy with decisions regarding positioning etc. before installing. Will absolutely use Heatflow again for future jobs and would recommend!

Have called out Heatflow for a couple of emergency issues - radiator falling off wall, leak in kitchen. Both times Vijay was able to arrive quickly and sort the problem. Would recommend!

Outstanding service!! Called up Heatflow plumbing & gas ltd. Explained my kitchen tap was not working, had no hot water or cold water running. He was fully prepared, came with a new tap, also which saved time. He came within 1 hour, I mentioned I had kids and need this done ASAP. He put me as priority. Couldn’t have been happier. I would fully recommend Heatflow, plumbing and gas Ltd 101%.I also managed to go work and continue with my daily routine. Thank you so much for your service.

Excellent experience. Called Heatflow today after the diverter valve on my boiler broke and I was without hot water. They came the same day, with the part, job done in a hour, super friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

I needed my boiler looked at quickly and Heatflow had good reviews on Google so I have them a try.I ended up being very happy with the service.He was clear from the start of the cost and very friendly.Most importantly on a second visit, late at night so on emergency rates, he worked like the clappers. He could have dragged it out and I would have been none the wiser but he got his head down and got it all installed and back together in 26 minutes, keeping it in the original call out cost and not moving into a second chargeable period.

Amazing service. Had a problem with the pipes in the middle of the night, and he promptly arrived and fixed it all within 30 minutes. Completely saved our kitchen from being consumed by water. Nice guy as well. 10/10.

We've had Heatflow Plumbing in twice now, for leaks in the bathroom (one more serious than the other). Both times they were very responsive to our queries, able to come round quickly and clear with us about how they would fix the issues. Reasonably priced both times. I'm keeping them in my phone for the next plumbing emergency.

Vijay was really professional and there within the hour to fix a problem at our charity site. Without him we would not have been able to function and carry on helping people. He found out what the problem was, explained it in basic terms and shared different options for solutions with prices so that I could make an informed decision. He was courteous and respectful. I called Heatflow Plumbing & Gas to replace a tap that was leaking. VJ called me back very promptly and was at my property within an hour. He was professional, courteous and installed my tap in less than half an hour. All in all, it was a quick, efficient service that made calling out a plumber very easy! I would recommend them.

I have called VJ on a number of occasions. In fact the last time he rectified a problem that another company, Pimlico Plumbers had been incompetent at solving. A simple toilet blockage. I had called them out twice.After being totally disappointed by their work. I called Heatflow Plumbing and Gas.VJ is polite, proficient and hard working. He knows his trade.He arrived with his equipment asked what the problem was and completed the task at hand.And to this day my toilet it hasn’t blocked up again.Since this post however. I have called VJ again this time even though he said he’d be at my address at a certain time didn’t turn up after 2 attempts at calling him. Different problem. Not sure why.

I made a late call (Saturday evening) due to issues with my boiler. The engineer arrived shortly thereafter! I was very impressed with the speedy and professional service I received and will definitely use Heatflow again. Furthermore, I would be happy to recommend this company
